  • A range of LED emergency control gear designed to operate LED loads of 3V – 80V DC in maintained or non-maintained modes, in the event of a lighting circuit failure
  • Available in 3, 4 and 5 cell versions to suit most applications
  • Designed for use with NiCad or NiMH battery types
  • Incorporates switched live in/out facility for isolation of the LED load and mains driver power supply during emergency operation
  • Compatible with most LED drivers up to 60W – higher power drivers can be accommodated (contact our technical department for further information)
  • Suitable for use with external LED drivers
  • Designed and manufactured in accordance with BS EN61347-2-13 and BS EN62384

Orbik offer a range of LED emergency control gear to suit single or multiple LED modules lamps housed in a stylish, low profile, polycarbonate moulded housing.

Due to the extensive range of LED products currently available, it is becoming increasingly difficult to select suitable LED emergency control gear for LED lamps. In order to establish the correct emergency control gear for an LED application, two fundamental factors that can be located on the LED mains driver need to be determined:

LED driver output Voltage (V-out)
LED driver output current (I-out)


If the V-out is less than 80V the LCMR range is suitable, however if the V-out is greater than 80V DC, please contact our technical department for further assistance.
